Maverick Winery plays host for a Biodynamic Viticulture Seminar organised with the Biodynamic Association of Australia
Some 35 leading vignerons and winemakers from the top premium wineries across South Australia came to this two-day seminar, which included first-hand demonstration of the substainable viticultural techniques and equipment used by Maverick Wines.
