Tasting Notes

  • Colour: Deep garnet red.
  • Bouquet: Ripe plums and berries layered with black pepper and spice.
  • Palate: Exotic spices and pepper wrapped around ripe berries and plums. The palate is elegant and restrained. Earthy and savoury with excellent length and flavour. Supple fine-grained tannins provide great texture and structure.

Food Pairing

An ideal complement for all red meat dishes and cheese, but drinks perfectly on its own.
