Tasting Notes

  • Colour: Bright pale yellow.
  • Bouquet: Classic varietal Chardonnay characters of ripe melon and citrus with hints of nectarine and white peach.
  • Palate: Lovely primary fruit characters of melon and nectarines are accentuated by a supple, creamy texture. Hints of toast and cashew nuts further contribute to the palate adding complexity. Citrus fruits combine with nicely balanced acidity to ensure that the palate is lively and finishes clean.

Food Pairing

The ideal complement for all fish and white meat dishes, but also drinks perfectly on its own.
